As we continue to expand our footprint in the real estate market, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Recruiter to join our team.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:*
* Identify, contact, attract, and engage top-tier real estate professionals through various channels, including e-mail campaigns, text campaigns, outbound calls, social media, broker open houses, and networking events.
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with our company culture and values
* *Relationship Building:*
* Cultivate strong relationships with potential recruits, industry leaders, and key realtors to enhance our talent pipeline.
* Collaborate with managing partners to understand their specific needs and requirements to growth our agent count.
* *Strategic Planning:*
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the current and future talent needs of the organization.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
* *Candidate Experience;*
* Ensure a positive and seamless agent experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
* Follow up with potential agents to maintain report and build relationships.
* *Data Management:*
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our agent tracking system.
* Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Strong understanding of real estate roles and market dynamics.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and managing partners.
* Quick learner of basic brokerage software and CRM system to generate, track and manage business.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
*Education and Experience:*
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a focus on real estate.
