Parker🐕🦺is a 1yr 6 month male Shepherd mix , 55 lbs, that needs a foster home/forever home.
He was abandoned in a Park in San Bernaerdino, hence the name.
We have had trainers worked with him and say very friendly and smart, quick to learn.
He tried out for Search Foundation, they said very friendly and smart but his toy drive not high enough, he prefers his ball-:) To be a Search Dog they need to be obsessed with a toy.
Right now he is in boarding in Ventura and it's cold at night.
Not a place for a young dog to grow up in a kennel-:( He longs and cries to be with people, and so wants to play with other dogs.
He just wants to be with people not left alone.
He'd be a perfect dog for an owner that loves the outdoors, likes to hike walk, run, and will give him good daily exercise.
The volunteers at boarding really like him, so does his trainer.
He is up to date with shots, and will be neutered before going into a home.
We want him to recouperate in warmth and in a home with TLC.
This is a fantastic dog.
