Bassist looking to jam (Woodland Hills)

Hey, 23 year old bassist here, (guitar and drums too), looking for similarly aged folks to jam with an maybe start a project.
Love anything classic, the more psychedelic and weird the better, just want some buds to jam an write with while having fun over anything.
Would love to start a band an see what happens but again over all just having a good time and playing cool weird music is most important.
I have all the gear aside from drums, just need a place to jam.
