Looking to share my recording studio production room as the current guy is moving out .
Good for a producer , composer , mixing , mastering , guitarist , vocalist , or instrumentalist .
It's about 250 sq ft (approx 14 ft x 18 ft), including 4x6 vocal booth in the back.
Lots of acoustic treatment installed Pricing would depend on the split and how many days you wanted $500 per month for 2 days a week $700 per month for 3 days a week $900 per month for 4 days a week $1100 per month for 5 days a week Or perhaps something else if you wanted partial days , flexible for the right person A security deposit would be required in each case .
No smoking is allowed inside the building.
