START A RECORD COMPANY (Los Angeles area)

ASCAP songwriter/producer with extensive background in retro R&B and more, and celebrity credentials is seeking a young person who knows the ins and outs of the current music industry.
I have a very large inventory of finished songs and an incredible singer i've been working with and finished music ready to go.
I've been working on the the creative process for years in my own recording studio writing and producing hundreds of songs and don't have the time or knowledge of how to get my songs and singers recognized in the complicated and constantly changing music industry.
This is not a paying position but a percentage of revenue when it comes in.
I believe this is and exciting opportunity for the right person and have a staff of people ready to help in other areas of developing the foundation of a new record company.
All I need now is most likely a knowledgeable young person who's willing to help get the music out there.
