This 2015 CEO-7 is in excellent condition.
It is a gorgeous instrument with little signs of use or wear.
It has been lightly played and kept in a humidified studio setting.
Loose binding on the sides has been fixed under warranty by Martin authorized service Neely Guitars.
(This is a common issue with some Martin models made in these years.
