Me and my wife have had both our knees replaced and, quite frankly, we're getting old.
Kids have moved away and there are no grandchildren.
I'm selling the boat in as-is condition.
One window needs replacement.
The engine has not been started recently, but has been stored with new oil and filter.
The tires on the trailer hold air, but I recommend replacement due to their age.
All mechanical systems were working perfectly when turned off.
