Billing and Collections (San Fernando Valley)

Billing and collections position available in orthopaedic office.
Patient case load consists of Medicare, PPO, workers' compensation and managed care.
Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Candidate must be able to work well in a team effort and work well with others.
Duties will include general data entry, providing billing service, reconciling explanation of benefits and obtaining proper authorizations as necessary.
Collection activities may be necessary from either the insurance company payers or the patients themselves.
Performing general office duties will occasionally be necessary as well.
