LVN Mon-Thurs 12hr Daytime - Shift Care Home Health Care

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide shift care for a cheerful and communicative patient in their home.
Weekend, Daytime, and night shifts available.
This position is ideal for someone who values a warm and relaxed family-centric work environment and seeks to make a meaningful impact in individual care.
We are seeking nurses to work Monday through Thursday daytime shifts.
12 hour shifts would be preferred.
Morning start times can be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and care for a patient.
* Administer medications, and other treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor and record vital signs and respond to any changes in the patient's condition.
* Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare professionals and family to ensure comprehensive care.
* Provide compassionate and empathetic support to the patient and family.
Qualifications: * Current LVN license in California.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Training will be provided.
