Washer – Sun Valley, CA Job Overview: The Washer is an integral part of the Studio Services and Fleet teams.
The purpose of the Washer position is to perform exterior and interior cleaning to ensure our RV fleet is immaculately maintained to our Company and client’s high standards.
Work is performed under the general supervision of the Service Manager.
Responsibilities Vacuum, sweep, shampoo, and mop floors and stairs.
Wash the exterior of the RV with chemical-based products to ensure the appearance is flawless, including the body and chassis of trailers and tractors.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
Clean windowsills and windows.
Maintain janitorial closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience: Experience, knowledge and skills of the methods, materials and equipment used in cleaning duties.
Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Working knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
Skills/Abilities: 1+ years of experience preferred.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Ability to work effectively and establish good working relationships with internal employees and external clients.
Attentive to details - meticulous and thorough.
Ability to work independently, safely, and efficiently.
Team Player.
Ability to prioritize workflow.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary.

Location: Sun Valley, CA ; travel to other Quixote SoCal locations as needed Position Type: Full-Time Working Conditions: Activities include regularly working in outside weather conditions, exposure to extremes of temperature, visibility, wet and/or humid conditions and vibrations.
Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, operating vehicle, and shift work.

Compensation: Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements and this role’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, the pay rate this position is $22.
00 per hour.
