Worker Type Regular Job Description Position Responsibilities The OE coordinator serves as the administrator and point of contact for the Performance Review process in AV including, but not limited to: Program coordination and individual set up Report creation Manage, improve, and streamline Performance Review process with DBT team and Workday Update job aids/workflows and trainings as related to Workday Talent (Mid-Year and Annual Performance Review) Tracks successful completion of the performance review process for Mid-year and Annual reviews Assists in the design and delivery of selected learning materials in both virtual and live classroom environments, including on-boarding and new-hire orientation.
This includes working with subject matter experts to develop and/or update job aids, cheat sheets, user manuals, and PowerPoints Manages the FirstUp application to communicate internal events to AV employees Schedules meetings and interviews Coordinates events logistics and follows up with participants Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions Demonstrates good judgement Performs clerical functions Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in Training, HR, or office environment Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required 2-5 years related experience with High School diploma or 1 year related experience with Bachelor's degree in related discipline; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies Training design experience would be a plus Graphic design experience would be useful Comfortable working on a hybrid environment Experience using Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate Experience using Workday Talent and Learning Associates and/or Bachelor's degree in related discipline is preferred Demonstrates competency in working independently with little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments Demonstrates ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties Committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others and the company Demonstrates professionalism, team collaboration, and full understanding of area of specialization with the capability of resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways.
Demonstrates competency in time management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Focused on teamwork and works well in a collaborative environment Physical Demands Ability to work in an office environment (Constant) Required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Constant) The salary range for this role is: $23 - $34 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
