We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who can assist with tasks related to the timely processing and payment of vendor invoices.
This role will involve regular interactions with employees across the company and promote a high quality of service to our vendors.

Requirements:
Minimum of two years Accounts Payable experience.
Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional customer service.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to handle a large volume of invoices.
Experience setting up vendors and verifying information.
Accounting System experience required.
JDE E1 and/or SAP Concur skills preferred.
Experience with Zycus or Coupa preferred.
Annualized Salary Wage Range: $55,000 - $68,000
Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.
The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements.
