Cogir Senior Living (formerly Cadence Living) is hiring an experienced, diligent, and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator in our beautiful retirement community Nikkei Senior Gardens.
The Resident Care Coordinator works as a liaison between residents, residents' families, and staff.
They are responsible for the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of resident care in the community.
They will support the Health and Wellness Director by assisting in scheduling, managing staff, and effectively assuring that systems are in place to provide quality assisted living services in all areas of resident care.
Duties also include problem-solving resident concerns and coordinating care with the caregiver team and external partners.

What will you do as a Nurse Resident Care Coordinator?
Supervise, develop, and schedule the care staff according to the company's policies, procedures, and standards.
Establish and maintain the medication program.
Perform assessments and reassessments according to policies.
Ensure resident records and charting are current and up to date.
Acts as the contact for all issues related to resident care.
Understand the community's care regulations along with state-specific regulations.
Develops and maintains a positive image with the community.
Interact with residents' families, physicians, and medical personnel as needed.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors!
A minimum of 3-5 years of geriatric nursing experience, including in a supervisory role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A high degree of accuracy in all assignments, and ability to manage time effectively.
Strength in taking initiative, good judgment, and integrity.
Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
