FIELD SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - DISPATCH / COORDINATOR
Eternity Floors USA a well-known supplier of high-quality floor covering products servicing specialty flooring retailers seeks an experienced FIELD SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - DISPATCH / COORDINATOR– Southern California,
*SUMMARY: *This position is responsible for dispatching / scheduling *Field Support Technicians *schedule, visits, Accounts updates, customer relations, equipment control, and stores displays maintenance, in addition to employees performance monitoring and reporting.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Develops and manages Field Support Team · Continually supports and motivates Field Support Team Develops and manages support programs to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual objectives.
· Continually gathers and monitors information on competition and territory market trends; communicates information to Sales Department and others as needed.
· Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, policies and procedures to Sales Department.
· Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of flooring industry , company product knowledge and team training.
· Coordinates team strategic meetings with Field Support Technicians · Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
· Monitors overall activities of Field Support Technicians ; identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions.
· Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
· Will work the schedule as afforded by senior management (between 8-12 hours per day).
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Will supervise Field Support Technician(s).
· Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
· Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
*QUALIFICATIONS:* Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience) Successful track record in an outsides sales operation and environment .
Solid analytical skills in identifying client needs and aligning them to product offerings; Specification analysis and RFP (request for proposal) response preparation a plus College B.

degree (preferred) Demonstrated expertise in the principles of collaborative sales technique Ability to travel frequently throughout the sales territory Computer skills required: Database Software and Electronic Mail Software (Outlook) Other skills required: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
