*Janitorial / Maintenance Worker- 2nd shift *
*Position Description: *
Seeking a self-motivated, thorough and organized individual with strong attention to detail and accountability for maintaining a well-cleaned and maintained facility.
Also have the ability to perform minor repairs, projects and maintenance duties around the facility as needed.
*Responsibilities include: *
* Perform consistent daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of the offices, common areas, restrooms, breakrooms, windows and exterior of the building, to include: o Sweeping o Mopping o Dust mop o Windows o Dusting and wiping of counters, shelving and furniture within offices o Empty trash cans o Floor buffing, polishing & waxing with power equipment o Thorough cleaning & sanitizing of counters, break areas, high-traffic and touch areas, etc.
o Stock supplies as needed for restrooms, coffee rooms, employee areas o Utilize company provided tools, equipment & appropriate supplies
* Additional various tasks such as painting, wall patching, assembly and other repairs as needed
*Qualifications: *
* Prior janitorial experience is a MUST!
* Positive, hard-working, follows directions and eager to help
* Perform assigned duties per schedule and specifications.
* Perform additional facility-related maintenance and light repair skills
* Able to use power cleaning equipment including floor buffer/polisher, pressure-washer, etc.
* Performs job in a safe manner protecting the health and safety of yourself and all employees - follows all required company safety policies
* Able to lift minimum of 40 lbs.
* Reliable transportation
*Additional Information*:
* Weekly schedule Tuesday –Saturday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
