Shifts Available: (Full-time)
Swing: 4pm-12am
Overnight 12am-8am
Must be available to work Weekends.

Basic Functions: Front line interactions with client’s daily programming, ensures clients are compliant with program rules and regulations, exercises good role modeling, complete process of UA, and demonstrates proper code of ethics and protocol.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provides guidance, supervision, and support to client.
· Maintains awareness of client’s safety at all times.
· Ensures physical environmental safety and security by conducting regular house checks & working with supervisor by conducting fire drills and disaster drills per policies and procedures.
· Maintains updated schedule of client’s whereabouts and appointments to ensure client accountability.
· Conducts daily physical walk through and searches of the sober living homes to record routine and irregular occurrences.
· Observes and monitors behavior and progress of clients.
· Communicates client behaviors and progress to clinical staff and other appropriate staff members and documents end of shift notes in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
· Follows proper intake and discharge procedures.
· Ensure client perform daily household chores and maintain house cleanliness.
· Maintains a clean and sanitary environment for the clients.
· Implement house operations policies and procedures.
· Maintains daily inventory of housing needs and communicates those needs to supervisor.
· Administers and oversees medication distribution and checks clients for medication compliance and drug seeking behavior.
· Provides 1:1 supervision of at-risk clients (ATA risk) per directive from supervisor.
· Transports clients per supervisor’s directives (for court, doctor’s appointments, ancillary services, etc.
)
· Conducts BAC & UA drug screen collection when directed, following appropriate procedures.
· Provides written documentation for incident reports.
· Communicates any/all issues verbally to relieving shift member.
· Upholds strong boundaries with all clients.
· Upholds standard confidentiality laws and practices that protect client identity and personal information.
· Other duties assigned by Supervisor.
