Part Time/Full-Time Therapist at Growing Private Therapy Practice

We are looking for therapists that are excited about supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Older Adults and other marginalized communities gain access to affordable mental health care.
* Ability to anticipate the needs of others coupled with a strong desire to serve * Accountable and solutions-focused– when you make mistakes (we’re all human) you acknowledge them, recover with optimism, and provide ideas on how to proceed * Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient * Extremely self-motivated with strong time management * Friendly and professional communicator * Proactive, pragmatic, resourceful problem solver * Trustworthy and reliable * Desire to learn therapeutic skills and engage in provided trainings *What You’ll Do:* Part-Time ACSW's or A-MFT's will be responsible for creating their own schedule and seeing a minimum of 10 clients per week.
Full-Time ACSW's or A-MFT's will be responsible for creating their own schedule and seeing a minimum of 20 clients per week.
*Clinicians are required to: * * Choose a morning, afternoon, evening and/or weekend time blocks to see the minimum number of clients * Decide if they would like to see clients remotely or hybrid as we do have an office space * Prep for client sessions including review case notes ahead of time * Maintain regular weekly sessions with clients * Submit client session notes, treatment plans and termination notes via SimplePractice platform within 24-48 hours of session * Communicate with the clinical and admin team in a timely manner *Requirements:* * Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field * Be an ACSW or A-MFT in California * Have a working laptop and reliable internet with access to an ethernet cord * Designated professional, quiet, and distraction-free workspace * Valid state license or certification as a Therapist (ACSW or AMFT) * Proven experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting * Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively with diverse populations * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Have a working laptop and reliable internet with access to an ethernet cord * Designated professional, quiet, and distraction free work space *Benefits:* * $40-50 per session pending experience * Flexible work schedule * Optional weekly peer consultation * Comfortable and supportive work culture * Quarterly team building exercise * Ongoing client referrals * Marketing * Descriptive bio on the company website * Billing services * Credentialing * Paperless record keeping * Dedicated administrative and intake coordination support * EHR system for Telehealth session * Access to office space for in-person sessions as needed in Woodland Hills * Ongoing training to master therapeutic skills We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
