The Senior Procurement Manager within Procurement plays a key role in ensuring the timely processing of vendor engagements.
This role will be the primary contractual contact between BlackLine's Procurement and Legal departments and will help to shepherd purchasers through the purchasing process.
You'll Get To::
Liaise between Procurement and Legal to ensure timely review and completion of contracts.
Partner with BlackLine internal purchasers to shepherd them through the Procurement process, involving all internal stakeholders as required.
Partner with BlackLine internal purchasers to review and manage commercial and service terms between Procurement and the vendor as needed to ensure that BlackLine standard requirements are met.
Recommend changes (Red-Line) documents prior to sending to Legal.
Manage contracting process to ensure timely review and completion, and to meet any pricing or contractual deadlines.
Escalate, recommend, or implement any concerns/improvement changes pertaining to the contract review process.
Provide and maintain procurement process training to BlackLine internal purchasers as needed.
Ensure all approvals have been obtained for each contract prior to signature.

Salary Range:: USD $104,000.
