Voice must be cheerful and articulate on every call to reflect the “Sprit of Excellence.
” COMMUNICATION LOGS- Communication logs must be maintained daily for emergency codes, incident reporting, and other reports as requested.
Record and report equipment repair.
DEPARTMENT COMMUNICATIONS- Communicate clearly and respectfully to all employees, management and visitors.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality of information standards in all business conducted.
