We are currently seeking a *Manager, Health and Wellness.
*The Manager, Health and Wellness position is a full-time exempt position working in the MPTF Saban Center for Health & Wellness or other MPTF facilities as needed.
Position will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of a comprehensive wellness program offered by the MPTF Aquatic and Wellness Center.
This position promotes programs to all departments within MPTF and to the outside community.
This position reports to the Director, Human Resources.
*Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Kinesiology, Physical Education or related field * CPR certified * AFO (Aquatic Facilitator Operator) or equivalent certification * American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or equivalent * Group X and/or Personal Training certification * Minimum five years of experience in aquatic facility management and prior experience in land- and aquatic-based exercise instruction required * Prior experience working with a geriatric population preferred.
