Job Description: Legal Soft is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of our services for new clients.
The Implementation Manager will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients, from the initial onboarding process to the ongoing support and maintenance of our services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on client satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the implementation process Coordinate with internal teams (e.
