Salary: $74,000-$80,000 (dependent on experience)

What You'll Do:
Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Collaborate with families and other clinicians to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians delivering direct services
Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to ACES’ mission

What We're Looking For:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Proven experience developing and implementing client programs (preferably in the ABA industry)
Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff
Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV
