Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction estimating, and cost control.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely project bids
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive cost estimates
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints
- Potentially negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Bluebeam for document management
- Ability to build accurate estimates based on project requirements
- Strong knowledge of excel
