The Director of School Consultation will work directly with BIIs and BIDs to guide and aid in the implementation of their positive behavior support plan in the school setting.
The Director of School Consultation is responsible for ensuring effective communication across all departments, ensuring clinical programs are run consistently, and verifying that data is collected for every session and submitted by the set deadlines.
This role is also responsible for promoting collaboration with families, and other obligations outlined below.

”*_ *Responsibilities:* * Participate, as a leader, to maintain a safe and respectful environment for the student and behavior interventionists * Oversee BII and BID performance and provide support and guidance * Facilitate positive communication with the school * Promote collaboration with families * Oversee and attend IEP meetings * Analyze data on a bi-monthly basis * Manage training of BII and sub-pool therapists * Head clinical debriefing of sub-pool staff * Facilitate meetings with teachers and other members of the IEP team * Ensure quality assurance and punctuality of staff * Lead selection and assignments of schools * Conduct and manage FBAs * Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance * Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as the need may arise * Attend any and all internal/external meetings prepared and on time * Other duties as assigned *Requirements:* * Must have a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) * At least five (5) years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disabilities * Ability to clear FBI and DOJ fingerprinting * Ability to provide TB clearance * Access to reliable transportation, and ability to provide automobile insurance, and a valid driver’s license * Must be able and willing to travel a *minimum radius of 20 miles* from home * Reliable and predictable attendance is required, subject to law * Must be able to fluently speak and write in English * Please note, if your position requires direct school support or supervision, many schools are implementing vaccine mandates and requiring that staff be vaccinated * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification may be required for this position *Physical Requirements* Due to the active and physical nature of this position, the candidate must be able to stand, sit, lift at least 30 pounds, bend, kneel, twist, run, squat, bend, move for several minutes at a time, and speak articulately in order to effectively perform in this position.
The physical elements of this position require candidates to be able to complete 10 minutes of consecutive aerobic movement/activity, including but not limited to chasing young children.
