Operations Manager
*Duties:*
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

*Experience:*
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of profit loss analysis, project management, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and business development initiatives
- Experience in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
