Field Manager BLUE MOON RESTORATION OF BURBANK/NORTH HOLLYWOOD (warehouse located in North Hollywood) Given the array of industries Blue Moon works with and projects that a Field Manager could work on, the day-to-day responsibilities of a Field Manager can vary greatly depending on the site.
However, the role primarily focuses on supervising a team of employees in the field, which can cover a wide range of individual assignments.
On-the-job and formal training will be provided, but experience managing or supervising a crew or team of company employees is required and some cleaning & restoration experience is preferred.
Comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, enjoys working on your feet, and is a serious multi-tasker.

Cleaning experience is preferred but not required and we will train you.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS, but not necessary - MUST SPEAK, READ, & WRITE ENGLISH Work authorization: United States (Required) Responsibilities Directing and/or working alongside trained and dedicated Blue Moon professionals performing building and facility cleaning and maintenance in homes, offices, industrial facilities, exterior grounds, and more! This includes leading or assisting on projects or restorations.
The Field Manager will assist in recruiting the cleaning technicians, arranging or confirming the necessary training at our office in North Hollywood and on-site at various locations before commencing work.
The Field Manager will be responsible for monitoring employee performance levels, areas of improvement for cleaning technicians and leads, and assist in documentation and disciplinary actions.
Being a liaison between leads, crews, clients, and the rest of the management team.
This includes informing crew of call times, arranging employee-client meetings, and resolving issues that arise in the field and more.
Assist in project estimation, implementation, and completion.
Field Managers coordinate cleaning technicians crews by scheduling their travel, prepping supplies and equipment, and managing the fleet of company vehicles that are needed on the site.
The latter responsibilities includes vehicle and equipment (power washers, tools, supplies, etc.
) maintenance and repair reporting.
Performing routine janitorial cleaning and facility maintenance, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
Other duties may include exterior pressure washing, floor maintenance including buffing and polishing, window cleaning, COVID-19 preventative disinfection, and other related tasks.
Some shifts may require traveling or cleaning multiple locations (one location to the next) and/or buildings.
After hours service – emergency jobs License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) CMI: ISSA is a PLUS but not required IICRC is a PLUS but not required Asbestos Certification is a PLUS but not a requirement Carpet Cleaning Experience is a PLUS but not a requirement Stone and Tile Cleaning Experience is a PLUS but not a requirement Flexible Work Arrangements: This is a full time position.
Full-time employees generally average 40 hours per week or more after completing have completing a paid training program.
Hours are flexible depending on site shifts, estimates, and client meetings.
Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Required) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Shifts can range from 8 hours to 12 hours Shifts are typically Monday to Friday however On-call or weekend shifts do arise periodically Benefits: Starting Pay Range: $20.
