Property Manager- North Hills- Full-Time

Position- Property Manager Location- North Hills/Panorama City Hours- Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p - Available after hours and weekends for emergencies - Cannot be combined with any other work Salary- $3200-4200/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) Benefits- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Property Management company is currently looking for a full-time property manager for a building in the North Hills/Panorama City area.
This position is fulltime, the manager will live onsite at the property managed.

Overview of Duties: • Rent Collection • Generating/Posting notices • Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders • Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units • Must live at one of the properties being managed • Other duties assigned by management Experience Required: • Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year • Managing 55+ units preferred • Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus • GED or HS Diploma • MUST- Valid Driver's license • MUST- Reliable vehicle • Bilingual in Spanish a preferred • Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area We are an equal opportunity employer.
