Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided Responsibilities: - Provide clinical supervision to a team of counselors and therapists - Oversee the implementation of evidence-based treatment interventions - Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to staff - Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated care for patients - Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual client needs - Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in clinical counseling - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Provide guidance and support to staff in handling complex cases Requirements: - Master's degree in Clinical Counseling or related field - Current licensure as a Clinical Supervisor - Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and documentation requirements - Experience working in a hospital or clinical research setting - Expertise in providing trauma-informed care, particularly for PTSD and Autism - Familiarity with child and family counseling techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively lead a team and provide constructive feedback Note: Knowledge of ICD-9 coding is preferred but not required.
