On-Site Manager

Part-time on-site property manager needed for a Manufactured Housing Community in North Hollywood, CA area.
On-site manager duties include tenant relations, rent notification and collection, light bookkeeping, and enforcing park rules.
The park manager will be responsible for vacancy showings and rental agreement signing, meter reading, and other miscellaneous duties.
Daily inspection of park facilities to determine repair and maintenance needs is required.
