Restaurant Manager (FT)

Top Greek Restaurant in Los Angeles is looking for a Front of House manager to join our management team! Our restaurant boasts over 200 seats and on busy days can serve over 1,000 covers.

Looking for an individual that has innovative ideas, implements systems with ease, works well with others, and is a team player.
As a manager, you must have the following capabilities: Handle pressure of high end clientele, multi-task, and able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of computerized register systems is a plus.
Must know how to open and close a restaurant.
Has success in improving restaurant revenue.
If you have experience planning events that is an added bonus! Must have experience placing vendor orders for food or liquor.
