Why We Need You
The Lead Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a team based environment for all aspects of patient business activity within the Practice.
Responsibilities include:
•Providing guidance and direction to the receptionist team
•Motivate and inspire the receptionist team to provide exceptional customer service
•Maintain effective employee-management communication
•Work well with all team members throughout the hospital
•Oversee daily financial transactions within your department
•Requires strong communication and client service skills
•Exemplify conflict resolution skills
: Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.
e.
, heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
