Woodland Hills/Valley Circle investment holding company seeking an Accounting Manager that will report directly to our COO/Director of Operations.
We are an expanding and evolving 31-year-old firm that specializes in acquiring, owning, and managing apartment buildings, retail shopping centers, single family homes, and various other non-real estate assets including aircraft equipment and a community newspaper.
We are seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in our Woodland Hills, CA office and assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, lender reporting, lender reserve management, mortgage organization/oversight, data entry, database management, invoicing, entity reporting/compliance, bank account review/reconciliation, property audits/reporting, tax return filing, and various other accounting tasks.
Strong computer skills required in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe PDF (Yardi a plus).
