```Duties```
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and conferences
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Manage and supervise office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Manage human resources functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance evaluations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, clients, and visitors
- Provide front desk support, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
```Experience```
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of training development principles and practices
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with payroll processes and human resources functions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
