SUMMARY
The Director of Physician Services is responsible for the implementation, direction and oversight of a physician recruitment plan in assigned geographic locations.
Candidates should reside in the West Coast Region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Provide oversight and direction for the implementation of recruitment strategies to meet company initiatives of promoting growth.
Oversee Nephrology outreach activities to ensure a robust program with a multi-tier approach to meeting and building relationships with current and future nephrologists.
Identify and pursue current and future nephrology leaders and entrepreneurs to place in appropriate business and growth opportunities.
Implement and manage process for physician recruitment compliance.
Develop new recruitment opportunities with USRC partners, working with internal stakeholders as necessary.
Drive entire recruitment process including consulting with USRC partners to develop a compelling opportunity inline with market demands, craft compelling advertising and source candidates.
Schedule, screen and identify qualified candidates for affiliated partners.
Collaborate with applicable internal teams to deliver efficient recruitment services and a seamless transition for all new USRC nephrologists.
Document confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
Maintain accurate and legally compliant records.
Build and generate targeted reports in Salesforce and analyze data.
Drive marketing efforts including, but not limited to, email campaigns, collateral development, website support, social media campaigns, event planning.
Monitor and report on trends and the impact of various marketing and outreach initiatives.
Utilize strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills to positively interact with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Attend on-site and virtual events and national industry conferences as needed.
Collaborate closely with applicable USRC teams to manage workflow.
Upholds management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort.
Effectively communicates expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.
Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.

Qualifications/Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in physician relations and/or physician consulting required.
Knowledge of kidney care and/or End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or similar field is a plus.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web based tools) required; proficiency in USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
