Position Overview We are a rapidly expanding HVAC company seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager & Personal Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the HVAC industry, with a keen understanding of rebates and a proven track record in sales.
This role is pivotal as we aggressively aim to increase our customer base over the coming year.
Beyond managing office duties, the role extends to personal assistant tasks, including handling personal errands for the company's owner.
This is a dynamic position that blends professional responsibilities with personal assistance, offering a unique opportunity for those who excel in multitasking and have a passion for growth in both the commercial and personal domains.
Key Responsibilities * *Office Management & Sales:* * Oversee daily office operations within the HVAC industry, ensuring efficiency and organization.
* Schedule and dispatch service calls and installations.
* Utilize industry experience to manage and apply for rebates, contributing to cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Drive sales initiatives, employing aggressive strategies to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate with clients and increase sales.
* *Personal Assistant Duties:* * Coordinate the pick-up of children as required, ensuring safety and punctuality.
* Manage personal bill payments, ensuring all accounts are kept current without discrepancies.
* Facilitate the acquisition and management of both personal and commercial insurance policies.
* Execute various personal errands as needed.
Requirements * Proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of operational standards, rebates, and sales strategies.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong sales background, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with customers and effectively managing personal assistant duties.
* Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks, both professional and personal, with discretion and professionalism.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, particularly concerning personal assistant responsibilities.
