Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition – North America.
The successful candidate will help direct the planning, development and implementation for our talent initiatives especially focused on sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, diversity/EEO recruiting, applicant tracking and recruiting metrics.
They will advise the VPHR in innovative approaches to find and hire talented candidates to join DataDirect Networks and Tintri to continue to drive overall company growth and financial success.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the management team as a trusted advisor by providing recruiting support to ensure business needs are met
Lead a team of Technical Recruiters and foster an engaging and positive work environment
Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative recruiting strategies to ensure highest quality candidates are sourced and hired quickly
Understand the importance of recruiting to help drive the vision of DDN
Manage and encourage employee referral program to attract top talent
Educate hiring managers on recruiting process and applicable interviewing compliance laws
Identify best sources of talent and leverage social media sites and other creative approaches to broaden applicant pool
Qualifications:
BA in Business or related field
7-10 years’ experience in recruiting
3 or more years managing a team of Technical Recruiters
Understanding staffing metrics and programs to measure success
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders
Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
Excellent interpersonal skills that will create a welcoming and collaborative work environment
Salary range: $115,000 - $140, 000
