Shift Leader

*Shift Leader* Baskin-Robbins is a well known ice cream and ice cream cake store in Reseda, CA.
*Position Summary:* The Shift Leader is responsible for the coordination of all activities for the shift.
Duties include but are not limited to: * Coordinate all activities for shift including staffing, scheduling, supplies, equipment, etc.
* Coordinate all activities for break areas including staffing break areas and cleaning * Ensure that all shift duties are completed in a timely manner and that the shift is properly documented at the end of each shift * Ensure that proper supplies are available for the shift and ensure that proper supplies are returned to the storage area at the end of each shift * Ensure that proper paperwork is completed for each shift and employee’s time sheet is accurate at the end of their shift * Ensure that all equipment is maintained and organized at the end of each shift ensuring that it is returned to its original location * Making cakes * Serving customers and scooping ice cream * Other duties as assigned by management.
*Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
* 1-2 years related food experience preferred.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $17.
