Qualifications
As an F&I Manager with Lithia & Driveway (LAD), you will be empowered with the resources and support needed to get every driver into the perfect deal.
2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience REQUIRED.
Outstanding Communication skills both written and verbal REQUIRED.
Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency REQUIRED.
ADP/CDK experience PREFERRED.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $139,200.
00 to $230,400.
00, which includes commissions on Individual Product and Reserve Income and bonus opportunities such as Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
