*About us* We are a Senior Assisted Living organization seeking a Full-time employee with experience as an HR Manager/Accounting assistant in our field.
Offices are located in Thousand Oaks and Moorpark.
We are passionate about creating a positive work environment and can be flexible with our required hours.
Our work environment includes: * Casual office and work attire DUTIES: * HR - Hire/onboard new employees * HR - Process payroll * ACCT - Invoicing, payables, receivables, * General office duties including some filing EXPERIENCE: * Must have HR and Accounting experience.
* Must have solid references in Ventura County * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with employees * Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions * Experience in Assisted Care operations is very helpful.
