*Summary:*
The Deployment Services Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of field services and pre-deployment projects.
This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
The successful candidate will excel in planning, executing, and optimizing deployment processes while fostering collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Develop comprehensive deployment plans for new services and technologies, including timelines and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Onboarding & Clients Services team, SysAdmin, Development and Client Services team to ensure seamless deployments.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements and priorities.
* Develop and manage deployment schedules, prioritizing tasks based on project timelines and business objectives.
* Assign field technicians to tasks based on their expertise and project requirements.
* Provide technical advice and support to the team during emergency deployments and other related situations.
* If Lead Technician isn’t available, troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues during installation processes.
* Review post-deployment performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
* Develop comprehensive pre-deployment plans for new services and technologies, including timelines and resource allocation.
* Ensure pre-deployment checklists are completed and obtain necessary sign-offs.
* Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure adequate inventory is available for deployment projects.
* Support team and new hires with documentation, including deployment procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
*WHAT YOU’LL NEED:*
· At least 5 years of Deployment Management experience in a related field
· Expert level computer programming experience
· Understanding of how IP settings and configuration work
· Be a self-starter
· Willingness to learn and be taught
· Work well under pressure / high stress environment
· Great communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to lift 35lbs unassisted
· Attention to detail
