Responsible for managing the ideation, implementation, and administration of all talent management programs to impact employee acquisition, growth, experience, and retention.
Responsible for educating, advising, and counseling company leaders regarding people management strategies and best practices to impact the goals and direction of the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Talent Management and Acquisition Formulate and implement a people strategy and talent management strategy, programs and processes to impact business goals Develop and facilitate an internal position review process across the company; identify gaps and role needs to ensure right roles, talents and skills are in place to meet company goals; recommend enhancements as needed • Lead people change management initiatives to support company growth Uplevel and refine recruiting program to deliver high quality candidate options to result in increased quality of hire Partner with hiring managers to guide them in job evaluation, talent needs, defining the role Source, recruit and hire new senior team members across a wide range of roles in corporate and manufacturing Create and implement an external employer brand to promote Sunkist / FGS as a company of choice within the greater local region Org Design and Succession Planning: Collaborate with HR VP and senior leadership to identify and develop organizational redesign, department restructuring and succession planning strategies Assess and diagnose organizational needs to support organizational change, growth, and transformation Identify key positions that are critical to operational activities and develop succession knowledge and transfer plans Learning & Development: Assess, recommend, develop, implement company learning programs to support talent development to meet business objectives.
Design and curate a variety of learning strategies and methodologies and, including learning, instructor-led training, workshops, coaching, and mentoring programs to impact employee growth.
Select and build relationships with third-party resources, vendors and partners to teach new learning offerings to employees.
Own and manage end-to-end implementation and logistics administration.
Design and deliver limited development teachings; ie; short teachings, lunch and learn, new policy/program rollout, etc Support and contribute to new hire onboarding program.
Culture Building and Employee Engagement: Create, drive, and implement an employee experience philosophy, strategy and programs to encourage a culture of empowerment, innovation, inclusion, DEIB & positive engagement.
Create, drive and implement, with HR team support, company events to celebrate seasonal holidays and company successes Manage annual employee survey; analyze data results, provide results to senior executive and make recommendations for enhanced engagement Minimum Qualifications Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10 Leadership experience in designing and implementing employee management programs Ability to translate business objectives into talent management recommendations to achieve success.
Ability to recommend solutions, build the roadmap, and build programs development from idea to execution.
Possesses knowledge of project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Possesses knowledge in designing and implementing talent management programs.
Possesses knowledge in creating and delivering limited employee training programs.
Possesses strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to interact and persuade senior leaders and colleagues at all levels in both corporate and manufacturing audience.
Possesses competence to build and effectively manage professional relationships at all levels of the company.
Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
Ability to organize and prioritize own work.
Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to work individually and in a team for the purpose of collaborating and completing projects.
Ability to compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and reports.
Ability to communicate with individuals by utilizing a telephone, computer, or interpersonal skills.
Ability to add subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy.
Ability to compute, analyze and interpret data for reporting purposes.
