*Position Overview:* The Boulevard School is looking for a co-director/administrator to join our leadership team.
The co-director will work collaboratively with our other co-directors to support the success of the school, staff, teachers, students, and families.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities*: The co-director will support various aspects of the school’s success, including · Supporting teachers in implementing the school curriculum · Maintaining licensing and business documents · Providing tours · Communicating with families · Preparing payroll · Enrolling students and processing tuition payments through our child-care management software · Working collaboratively with other co-directors · Scheduling staff and student activities · Helping in the classrooms or with other responsibilities as needed *Qualifications & Skills: * REQUIRED: Co-directors must meet the educational and experiential requirements for a childcare center director outlined in the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12.
Qualifications will be verified by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division.
Education and experience will be verified before employment begins.
Co-directors must provide a fingerprint background check, proof of current physical examination, and a record of vaccinations.
Co-directors must complete Mandated Reporter Training and Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, which can be completed online.
Co-directors must be able to lift children weighing up to 50 pounds, be capable of bending, crouching, or kneeling to children’s level, and reach at or above shoulder height to access higher areas of play equipment.
PREFERRED: CPR certification At least one year of licensed childcare or preschool experience Toddler course units Experience with childcare management software Experience in human resources Experience with payroll software Familiarity with licensing requirements SKILLS: Excellent communication skills Strong computer skills (e.

, digital communication, Microsoft Office, management software etc.
