Facility Maintenance Manager

Description: We are looking for a Facility Manager that can oversee maintenance of the entire facility.
He/She works alongside all FOH Managers and BOH Chefs, and reports directly to the FOH Director and Culinary Director.
We empower our Maintenance Managers to constantly take ownership of the venue and think of ways to improve the current areas.
PinMember Job Description: The Facility Manager is responsible for managing the Maintenance Mechanics at their various locations - Bowling Upkeep and Repair o Enforce that 2 lanes are being cleaned each day in each location, in a correct manner o All logs are being followed and filled out in detail o Bowling lanes are working properly and are being adjusted as necessary - Enforce that all building maintenance checklists are being followed in each location o Lightbulbs o Drywall / Painting / Staining / Grout o Table levelers o Chair glides - Monthly Inventory o Enforces that monthly inventories are being performed in each location for lightbulbs and bowling parts o Ensure that each location has the correct amount and par for each item o Communicates with the General Manager regarding any needed part, and ensuring that the part is ordered and arrives in a timely manner Requirements: The Facility Manager has the personal ability to perform the following: - Knowledge o Exhibit a superior knowledge of the following areas: - Bowling - Electrical - HVAC - Kitchen Maintenance - Repair & Maintenance Expenses o Ability to speak intelligently about the R&M expenses for each location on the P&L statements o Ability to analyze cost, and aggressively looks for ways to smartly run the R&M program - Organization o Ability to set personal goals and to work both systematically and strategically o Ability to complete tasks in an organized and timely manner o Enforces a clean workplace throughout the shift in all locations o Workshop cleanliness and organization and behind bowling
