Property Manager

Full Time Property Manager for a large mobile home community located in Chatsworth.
The community is 186 spaces, gated, well managed and highly maintained.
Duties include corresponding with residents, rules enforcement, collection rent, data entry and other tasks.
A positive-thinking and organized business manager is required who enjoys working with people and has strong writing skills.
Onsite lodging is not required or provided.
Property management experience and knowledge of MS Office is required, and Yardi experience is a big plus.
