Lead and Assistant Preschool Teachers

``` Duties: - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children - Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Plan and organize activities, field trips, and special events for the preschool program Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential Skills: - Behavior management - Curriculum development - Classroom management - Early childhood education - Toddler care - Preschool - Literacy education - Childhood development - Daycare experience We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
