Shift Manager Benefits:

Shift Manager Responsibilities:
· Organizes and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
· Promotes a positive service-oriented culture and fun teamwork environment
· Ensures the entire team adheres to company operation policies and procedures
· Ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
Shift Manager Qualifications:
· Must be 18 or older to apply
· 2-3 years Restaurant experience within a leadership role
· Food Handler certification may be required
· Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitations standards
