Salary: 220-274,000 Depending on experience
Description: Reporting directly to the CEO, Candidate will be overseeing our 60-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital and providing guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
As a licensed psychologist with clinical and research experience, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our trauma-informed care approach across substance use and mental health services.
Dive into dynamic initiatives, including serving as the principal investigator Clinical Trials Network studies.
Daily life: M-F 9-5, No weekends, No case load.
Candidate will manage all aspects of clinical care across multiple programs including: inpatient, residential, outpatient, and primary care settings.
Requirements:
* A Ph.
D.
, Psy.
D.
or Ed.
D in Psychology.
* Current license as a Psychologist from the California Board of Psychology.
* Minimum of five (5) years experience in evaluating and/or treating persons suffering from substance abuse and/or dual diagnosis.
* Two (2) years of management and supervisory experience.
* Clinical research experience, including experience with APA approved internship programs
* Knowledge of Joint Commission standards
* Proven experience working in a leadership role in a clinical setting
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, coordinate, and monitor clinical programs
* Supervise treatment and research teams
* Maintain compliance with federal and state laws and Joint Commission standards
