Progressive Multi-$Billion global company, headquartered in Northridge, CA is seeking to hire a Director of IT Business Applications.
This opportunity is a full time employee position, reporting to the CIO, who will be a leader of a large enterprise level team in not only meeting the day to day challenges of Business Applications Development and support, but be proactive in investigating, accessing, recommending and promoting new technologies to top management that will improve business operations and cost of ownership throughout the enterprise.
You will lead multiple large scale project management initiatives, set priorities for the IT Team, be the lead between IT, business units and executives on process improvement, cost/benefit regarding current and new technologies, and are prepared for growth.
Other important functions are working with other teams to address security, databases, cloud/on premise, standards, compliance, SOX, disaster recovery, strategic direction, vendor negotiations, and team leadership.
Candidates for this IT Director of Business Applications must have 10-15+ years of IT management over large enterprise level Business Applications implementations, enhancements, and support, and at least 5+ years of experience in a Director level or Senior IT Management role.
The successful candidates MUSY HAVE 5-10+ years’ experience with JD Edwards ERP Business Applications software in a large JDE Enterprise level environment using JDE 9.
2, and Hyperion/Essbase reporting.
Experience in the construction industry using JDE 9.
2 with knowledge of construction, job cost, estimating, scheduling, BIM, HR/Payroll, Financials is a big plus.
Other relevant technology skills and experience would include Microsoft SSRS, Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint, Primavera P6, Procore, and Azure.
However the core technology MUST HAVE are JD Edwards 9.
2 Business Applications implementations, Development and Support.
No Exceptions! Starting salary will be in the $200-225K range, plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, discretionary bonuses, and much more.
This position is a FULL TIME ON-SITE employee position, and no remote or hybrid work option is available at this time.
Relocation allowance may be available for exceptional out of area candidates.
