Practice Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care - Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Implement and maintain medical office systems to streamline processes - Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability - Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient scheduling and care delivery - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in healthcare administration - Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical office management or related field - Proficiency in Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, and other medical office software systems - Strong background in medical administrative support and practice management - Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading a team effectively - Knowledge of acute care practices and medical office procedures - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently This position offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of the medical practice.
