Responsibilities:
*Operations Management:* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including overseeing scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.
*Staff Supervision:* Supervise and provide guidance to administrative and support staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive working environment.
*Patient Relations:* Foster excellent patient relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism.
*Inventory Management:* Maintain and control inventory of medical supplies, office supplies, and equipment.
*Compliance:* Ensure the practice complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and coordinate training and updates for staff as necessary.
*Performance Analysis:* Generate reports and metrics to assess the practice's performance and identify areas for improvement.
*Technology Integration:* Implement and optimize healthcare technology solutions to improve practice efficiency and patient care.
*Quality Assurance:* Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality in patient care, office procedures, and healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a medical practice is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, particularly HIPAA.
* Proficiency in healthcare software and technology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
